What it sets up

Call the API at the service's URL with the API key Dekka generates as a bearer token. Add a Telegram or Discord token to talk to it from chat.

You provide: OpenRouter API keyRequiredHermes reaches its models through OpenRouter.
Telegram bot tokenOptionalOptional, to message Hermes from Telegram.
Discord bot tokenOptionalOptional, to message Hermes from Discord.
Dekka generates: hermes.API_SERVER_KEYEach one is a random value made once when you plan, stored as a secret and never shown in the plan.
Storage: 1 GB for hermes at /opt/data
Memory: 512 MiB for hermes
